Team Bot setup by GrowthBoost

Grok Bots set up inside the business you already run

I set up Team Bots in your own company xAI account, connect them to the tools your staff already use, and spend two weeks reviewing them with your people. Every bot drafts. Your team approves anything that leaves the building.

Who it's for

You run a business with a real team, and someone on that team spends their week pulling reports and writing the same follow-ups. Maybe you've started pricing an executive assistant or a coordinator hire.

This setup fits owners who already pay for a CRM and a few other systems and want their staff using them better. It works best when one person on your side can own the bots after I hand them over.

What you get

  • Team Bots running in your company’s xAI account, with your staff each signing in with their own account.
  • Read-only connections to the tools your team works from, like your CRM and customer success platform, where those tools allow it.
  • A written instruction file for each bot, so your team can see and edit what it does.
  • Two weeks of reviewing drafts with the people who use them, and fixing what they flag.
  • A hand-off document listing every connection, who owns it, and how to turn it off.

How it works

1. You send us your website and a short form.

You drop in your website and fill out our onboarding form. The form asks which tools your team uses. It does not ask for logins, passwords or customer lists.

2. We build your chief of staff bot first.

GrowthBoost maps the workflows your business likely runs. Then we set up your chief of staff bot inside your own xAI account and give it that business context.

3. Your chief of staff bot interviews you.

The bot asks you about the gaps we couldn't see from the outside, like how your team hands off work and which reports you rely on.

4. You pick your bots, and your admin connects the tools.

Together we choose the custom Grok bots your team needs. Your admin connects each tool with read-only access. If a bot needs to write anything back into a system, we wait for your written OK first.

How the 4 weeks run

Week 1

We pick one or two jobs your team repeats every week and write down what a good draft looks like. I set up the bots and connect your tools with read-only access.

Week 2

Your staff start using the bots on live work. I adjust the instructions as drafts come back wrong.

Weeks 3 and 4

I review drafts with your team, tighten what misses and drop whatever nobody uses. At the end I remove my access and hand you the written list of connections.

Two example bots

A customer success brief bot reads your CRM and success-platform data and drafts a short brief on each client showing signs of risk. Your success lead reads the brief before the next call and decides what to do about it.

A chief of staff bot watches deal stages in your CRM and drafts the follow-up for each deal that moved or stalled. A salesperson edits the draft and sends it from their own inbox, or skips it.

These are examples. We start from the work your own team repeats.

Your data

How your data stays safe

You own the xAI account, and GrowthBoost works inside it as a guest. Your staff each sign in with their own account. Nobody shares a login.

I never hold your passwords or API keys. Your admin connects each tool, and connectors start read-only. If a bot needs to write anything back to a system, you approve that in writing first.

We set the bots up to draft only. A person on your team reads every message before it goes to a client or prospect.

At hand-off I remove my access and give you a written list of every connection the bots use. If you're on xAI Enterprise, your admins can also use the audit log that comes with that plan.

Pricing

Team Bot Setup starts at $5,000

That covers the 2-week build sprint and the 2 weeks of review.

You pay xAI directly for seats on your own account, so the bots keep running under your name and your bill after I leave.

On the fit call we size the scope and I give you a fixed quote before anything starts.

Questions

What is a Grok Bot team setup?

It's a 4-week project where GrowthBoost sets up Team Bots inside your company's xAI account and connects them to your tools. The first 2 weeks cover the build. In the last 2, I review the bots' drafts with your staff and fix what they flag.

Whose xAI account do the bots run in?

Yours. You hold the company account and pay xAI directly, and we cover which plan fits on the fit call.

Can the bots send emails or change our data?

We set the bots up to draft only. Connectors start read-only, and anything that goes to a client or prospect waits for a person on your team to approve and send it.

Is this a replacement for hiring an executive assistant?

It can be a cheaper first step to test before you hire. A bot drafts briefs and follow-ups from your systems, while an assistant can handle judgment calls and in-person work a bot can't. The setup is a way to learn which tasks really need a person.

Who owns the bots after the 4 weeks?

You do. The bots, their instructions and every connection live in your account, I remove my access at hand-off, and you get a written list of every connection.

What does it cost?

Team Bot Setup starts at $5,000 for the 4 weeks, and you pay xAI separately for your seats. I give you a fixed quote after the fit call.

Find out if a bot can take on your team's weekly drafts

On a 30-minute fit call we look at the work your team repeats and decide if a bot setup makes sense. If it doesn't fit, I'll tell you on the call.
